Free Gift Terms

To Claim Your Free Gift, Cash Back or Holiday Voucher.

 Any customer who purchases a mobile phone from 1st November 2010 will receive their free gift automatically after 28 days subject to payment of their   1st Mobile Phone Bill to their chosen network. This gift will be supplied subject to the following terms and conditions.

 
 SCS network services will have been able to establish residency at your current address, that is you are on the electoral roll and that this information  matches the time specified with you order and we have a valid home telephone number so we can contact you to confirm your order, as part of this  confirmation process if we have any issues with your ID we will make you aware of this before we ship your order.

If we cannot confirm your residencey and you accept to make a claim then we will put a cliam form in the box with your order. Even this is easy please read below.

So we can send you your free gift, Cash Back or Holiday Voucher all we need you to do is

1. Pay your 1st months line rental to your chosen network
2. Send us proof that you have paid your 1st months line rental
3. Send us 1 proof of signature
4. Send us 1 proof of address

How Do I Prove 1st Bill Payment?

Most customers send us a copy of their 2nd mobile phone bill which shows the 1st month payment being received.

You can if you want send us a copy of your bank statement along with a copy of your 1st bill showing the matching figure this will prove 1st bill payment.

What Can I Use As Proof of Signature?

We will accept a number of items as proof of signature

1. Photo copy of UK passport showing photo and signature
2. Photo copy of the back of the card used for proof of id with your order.(Please black out the 3 digit security code but leave the last 4 digits showing)
3. Photo copy of your driving licence

What Can I Use As Proof of Address?

We will accept a number of items as proof of address

1. Photo copy of a utility bill. (Gas, Electric,)
2. Photo copy of a bank statement.
3. Photo copy of a credit card statement or store card.
4. Photo copy of driving licence showing address. (For new photo licences this is the paper counterpart) NOTE: If you have used your driving licence as proof of signature we cannot accept is as proof of address.

We will send you a simple claim form in the box with your order which explains how to claim, please sign and return this to us with the above and we will send your free gift out.
What If I Have None Of The Above?

In the claim form it lists other forms of ID and Address that we will accept, however if you are unable to provide us with any of the above send us a copy of the 4th Mobile Phone bill showing that bill 3 has been paid and there are no monies outstanding from previous bills and we will send your free gift out.
If at any time a mobile phone bill is unpaid or you change your tariff this will invalidate your claim and the claim will be void.
